Frequently asked questions
Android uses Google Play Billing; iPhone uses App Store in-app purchases. Check the item and price in the system confirmation sheet. VIP does not renew automatically; another purchase adds days. If charged without receiving the item, do not buy again: open the app with the same game account and contact bazarblotarm@gmail.com with the order number. Refunds can be requested directly through Google Play or reportaproblem.apple.com. Spent chips are not restored as a new purchase.
You get the daily bonus wheel when 24 hours have passed since the last spin and your chip balance is below 300. VIP players are an exception.
Emojis and short messages are limited so they do not interrupt gameplay. A regular player can send an emoji or message only once in each round. VIP players can use emojis and messages without limits.
Every player has a rating. To increase it, play Blot and finish games. Rating grows faster when you win and slower when you lose. Leaving an unfinished game does not change rating. When your rating increases, you receive a chip reward.
An account may be temporarily suspended for signs of intentionally losing, repeatedly leaving unfinished games, or other attempts to manipulate game results. The system considers repeated behavior: a single technical connection loss followed by returning to the game is not treated as a violation. The reason and duration of a suspension are shown when you sign in.
If you have a combination, on your first turn the game lets you declare it or skip the declaration. If you declare it, all players see only the combination name. The combination cards are opened automatically on your second turn, and only if your team won the combination comparison. Blot-Reblot is declared automatically when you play trump Q or K.
If you leave an unfinished game, it will be recorded in your profile statistics as a leave.
When tournament players have the same score, the player who joined the tournament earlier takes the higher position.
If your name changed to ?Player XXX?, it contained forbidden characters, words, or repeated letters.
It is not allowed to log in with more than one profile from the same computer or devices using the same internet connection at the same time. This helps prevent possible cheating.
